The man named Rohit John took over the construction of our plot along with structure engineer Madhur Gupta. We had a bad experience right in the beginning. They took a heavy amount before starting the project. Seeing the unprofessional work, we terminated the agreement within a week's time. If you are planning to give him your construction project, make sure you do not fall into the honey trap of the guy when he speaks of building aero bridge of Mohali airport. Also make sure the project sites he makes you visit are they actually constructed by him. Because he is a big liar and you need to counter check on whatever he speaks. BEWARE OF NEEV CONSTRUCTION & SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.
